ABOUT NETWORK SEWER & WATERMAIN

Network Sewer and Watermain Ltd (NSW) -specializes in the development and municipal construction servicing for sewer and watermain installation, road works, concrete works, earth moving, landscaping, and demolition. NSW is an operating division of Network Group of Companies (Network) which includes Network Underground Utilities (NUU), Network Sand & Gravel (NSG), and CJ’s Express Plumbing and Electrical Ltd.

HOW WE GOT STARTED

In 1994 Donald Medeiros founded Network Sewer and Watermain Ltd (NSW) after taking over his father’s concrete business at the age of 18. In the past two decades he has seen his business grow from a very small construction company to an award winning company with numerous multi-million dollar infrastructure projects completed and with over 150 employees in all of the “Network” companies.

Network’s greatest competitive advantage is the ability to offer complete construction solutions to our clients and the capability to meet deadlines. Network employs a vastly experienced management team with many years of experience in the civil construction industry that is able to accurately estimate man hours, resources, and budgets to achieve successful completion of projects. Network’s management staff takes safety very seriously and will ensure all employees and subcontractors attend all site and safety meetings.

The way we do business is fairly simple, we believe in fair business practices and we work for our clients, not against them. We strive for the safety and the wellbeing of our employees and the general public. We believe in the notion of doing it right the first time. Through the contacts that we have made over the decades of operation, we have the ability to draw additional information from associates in the municipal and private sector to obtain quick decisions and results that maintain project scheduling.
